📌 House Rules

No Pets Allowed
Animals are not permitted in the apartment.
Exception: Guide dogs (subject to prior approval by the property).

Parties or celebrations are strictly prohibited.

The apartment may not be used by more people than those registered in the reservation and listed in the official guest registration form submitted to the Guardia Civil.

Smoke-Free Accommodation
Smoking inside the apartment is strictly prohibited. The property is equipped with smoke detectors in the living room, kitchen, and bedroom.
➡️ Smoking indoors will result in a €150 fine.
✅ Smoking is only permitted on the terrace.

🔒 Safe

A free safe is available to protect your valuables.
💬 Your safety is our priority.

🔑 Keys

Upon arrival, you will be provided with:

  • Smart key for the lock

In case of loss:

  • €40 for the alarm key

  • €90 for the smart key

 

 

📝 Mandatory Registration (Guest Registration Form – Guardia Civil)

 

This procedure is required by law and can be completed in three ways:

Upon arrival (only available for in-person check-ins)

 

Online, via a link you will receive 72 hours before check-in

The apartment provides full access to Movistar programming, including:

  • Sports

  • Series

  • Movies

  • New releases

The apartment is equipped with:

  • Smart lock

  • Alarm system

  • Smoke and carbon monoxide detectors

  • SOS button connected to a security monitoring center

In case of medical emergency or if assistance from the Guardia Civil is required, the system provides 24/7 support.

🔑 Where to Collect & Return the Keys

Your key access details will be sent to you on the day of check-in.

You will receive clear instructions and the access code to ensure a smooth and easy arrival.

🔐 Key Return

At check-out, please place the key back in the security lockbox and ensure it is properly closed.

To help us maintain the property in perfect condition and ensure security, we kindly ask you to:

🔒 Close all windows so the security alarm can be properly activated.

🚪 Make sure to lock the door with the key.

🗑️ Leave the rubbish in a properly sealed bag.

🔑 Place the key inside the security lockbox.

📝 Inform us of any damage or issues that occurred during your stay and may affect the property.
